Learning by creating, doing, and collaborating
The best way to prepare young people for the
world they will inherit is for them to be a part of it now.
The challenges that are faced as we help the next generation find its way in life require skill, creativity and inspiration. By working together educators, mentors, parents and other youth leaders can develop strategies that will enable young people to grow and adapt to the changing landscape of a rapidly evolving society.
As they increasingly assume the responsibilities that they must take on, they gain the experience they need by engaging their minds to come up with solutions, developing a better understanding of what needs to be done.
Project Based Learning is a methodology that provides guidance through this process. It is the accumulation of observations and time-proven lesson plans that helps instill knowledge, confidence and motivation. Through our network we can share our experiences and provide support for both seasoned professionals and those who are just beginning to find their way.
